    It doesn't seem like the featured artists are stacking... Tried Zeddicus, Val3dart and Shox-Designs so far, but not stacking. I'm wondering if they started preventing that...

    They usually stack when an item has multiple PAs, and several of them are on sale in different sales; or if you have a requirement to fulfill to get the discount, such as buy a new item to get the discount.

    Not quite stacking, but these 3 artists from the Strike a Pose sale are on 70%-79% off+ (for PC+ folks at least):

    @Wonderland Shox-Design at least does seem to be stacking.

    It's 51% off (PC+ again, folks...), but if you've got a Tween Ryan 7 new release and a Hair blending new release, it jumps up to 65%

    Just doing Hair blending stuff keeps it at 62%

    I think it's just that the stack is a +10% and +5% more over a base 40% (+/- 30% for the Daz Original discount if you're PC+).

    Confused yet? ^_^

    Yes, I am a bit confused LOL... I have the tween Ryan bundle in my cart but not an extra new release or a new hair product. Not sure if it's worth it for 15% extra off vs the usual double 40% off... Wait I have an alien and a dungeon item in my cart and it is making Nathy products go down a bit, but but not drastically. I'm on my iPad or I'd use your browser add on!

    Oh, it's just going down 20% more from its own sale, not an extra 40% off for being in two sales. That would have been awesome if all three stacked!

    Sorry for any confusion... When a discount doesn't require a purchase, it won't stack with other discounts that also do not require a purchase. (With some exceptions, it seems. But good rule-of-thumb to assume.)

    But when a vendor is featured in multiple sales with a purchase required to trigger the discount, (or bigger discount,) those discounts will stack if you meet the purchase requirements. For example, 40% without purchase will stack with a 45% discount-with-purchase in another sale. Or if purchase is required in both/all promos, buying the required items in both/all sales will cause those discounts to stack.

    I agree, it's a lot of stuff to remember. Easiest thing is to install Overdrawn's DazDeals plugin and just put all the discounted things you're interested in into your cart, see what the actual discounts are, and then pare down your cart to something managable/affordable. That's what I do.

    There are times when I think the stacking stuff is deliberate. Like, The Trickster is sitting there in DAZ offices, and he does it deliberately, cos it gives our brains a work out. We all gather around and it's like "ok, now if you buy THIS item, these items over here will all be cheaper, and if you put in THAT item, other ones will cheaper still". It's like a Scavenger Hunt sometimes. LOL

    hahah Yeah, if they aren't doing it on purpose they SHOULD anyway. Many of us can't resist a deal. I've been known to stay up way past my bedtime figuring up the stacking discounts and digging to find the items most effected by stacking discounts plus "collaberations" (I love when certain items where made by 2 or more PAs who are featured in different sales - that's a REALLY nice stacking discount). I know I wouldn't spend nearly as much as I do if it weren't for the stacking discounts.

    I definitely recommend a robust computer if you can manage it. Most of my Iray renders finish in less than 5 minutes - many even in just over minute. I tried that "benchmark" scene that Sickleyield made and it rendered in about a minute and a half. It's a joy to have a computer that can render quickly - you are free to do a lot more experimenting and using stacking images to create different effects. 

    I would make a challenge for yourself - figure up how much you spend (approximately) a month on Daz and see how long it would take to buy a new computer with that amount of money saved every month. Then challenge yourself to save back AT LEAST half that amount every month - it would take you twice as long to get your computer but you won't feel like you're "depriving yourself" from buying new content. :)

    And other "buy two or more" to get the 10% discount (and it's never ACTUALLY 10% off, it's 10% off whatever the sum is after the intro price). I guess this is the new norm. That's disappointing.

    Does anybody have any ideas what might stack with Second Circle?  I've been waiting for her characters to go on sale forever and now I can get all the ones I want.  50% off if I get two current releases, one of which will be her new character.  But I then I have get something else I don't want or something really expensive that I shouldn't be getting today (due to all the wonderful sales). Any suggestions?

    My latest challenge to myself is to pick a handful of items I've never used from my runtime and create a scene.  Haven't finished one yet.... but hope spring eternal.  Keep getting interrupted by trivia - you know - work, sleep, another sale or new product....

    No, it's correct - if it meant it was increasing the discount by ten pecentage points it would say it was increasing the discount by ten percentage points. The way the store stacks discounts is the way prcentage adjustments should stack.

    Oh wow! Awesome prices! I really wish I could. Sadly hubby is giving me a little flack for the money I spent on getting Star 2.0. I think he'd be mad if I spend more so soon, unfotunitely.

    The RDNA Stack Up Sale and the Star Items sale connected to purchase of the Star Stellar Bundle seem to stack bringing those Star Items down to some cents, 0.18$ for some textures, 0.36$ for some hair, no item over $1. Just saying.

    Made me get that Stellar Bundle. Well, store credit is done now. As the extra 10% for the PA sale from buying the Stellar Bundle are only valid for some 3 days I'll try doing a little DAZ diet from now until the end of year sale. At least stuff released during PA sale and until mid of October should already qualify for 50%+ discounts then. Keeping fingers crossed ;-)
