Who needs the Guadians of the Galaxy when you have these guys!
Yes there is... but I don't remember from where! A google search should find him for you.... but be forewarned.... the promo is nice, but the actual figure is really disappointing. I remember the same site had Yoda as well, but he is also a big disappointment.
I remember now. Try Sixus1. Both Jabba and Yoda are free and sort of an open community project, so it doesn't cost anything to at least give them a look.
now how about creating a jabba ?
thank you for these great characters.
its fun to play with - dialed Girl7 in
Cute!
You must have seen the free one :D
It ist much fun to combine them with other morphs ;)
Nice!!!
If anyone has a moment, could you post a pic (doesn't have to be rendered) of just the tails, no geografted to anything? I might like to place them elsewhere on a figure and would like to see what the connecting end looks like for transmapping purposes. Thanks in advance.
Heye you are.
I confused.... I have to pose them? Or can I do something else? I would love some premade poses for the tails....
Edit: Ok, I found the morphs for the tails.... I don't know how I could overlook them...
Thank you, good sir. Always can use more sexy aliens; they're in my cart now waiting for pay day to come around. :)
Thanks Ippotamus! :)
sorry chuck somehow missed your post
thanks for trying to help but did not find it
They are fantastic, but I am guessing you have no plans for a Genesis 2 version?
I wanted to combine my purchases--George and the Lekkulion:
I like this, but the tails are awkward to pose. Am I missing something that will make them look less rigid? I kind of wish they were easypose.
I wondered that as well... The dials work well but my dial-fu isn't great.
A friend IM'd me to tell me that the pose dials are in a weird location. They are under the general tab. So if you click the tails, they are on the general tab under pose. It wasn't where I expected them to be so hope that helps!
Screenshot attached.
Yes...the pose dials are in the General tab, because that is the first place "most" people look for things like that.
But the tails are easy enough to pose on their own and look natural, you just have to make your bends gradual and natural looking.
I'm thinking about picking up these two but I just wanted to ask if there might be a G8 version planned. At this stage in the game, I would rather get the newest version possible. If they will remain a G3 exclusive for now, then I'll definitely buy them sooner than later.
put me on that too, i would love to see a "genesis 8 versions of that", with a few more options for textures for both gender and also have the bundle with both released too as the g3 version, rawart do have a lot of really good amazing fantasy/sci-fi characters and make me sad see which most of them are just single gender while would be cool having both gender being released.
I do have some interesting aliens planned (likely closer to the fall). They wont be a direct new version of these, but likely in a similar vein.
As it happens, Lekkulion was the product I decided to use to test Singular Blues' GenNext generation transfer script (because the missing fingers and toes is a particular challenge for morph transfer and thus a good way to test the accuracy of the transfer). I had to do a little tidying up, but after converting HD morphs to a blend of bump map and displacement (which, while not exactly equivalent or as convenient, is generally close enough and isn't locked down in the same way as HD and can thus be edited/transferred by regular users), it is entirely feasible to transfer even a tougher morph like this to G8.
The headtail geografts won't attach completely properly, but if the scene identification is set to G8 before they're fitted, they should retain their rigging and then sit over the existing mesh (as it's not a geograft where the underlying mesh needs to be hidden to stop it being in the way).
This is an early test render of a G8F conversion of "Kate", the gorgon character I built off the morph. (I've since reduced the strength of the "HD" component on the surfaces - I had it too strong in this early test - but it does demonstrate that even a standard user can mostly transfer the product).
Cool!
