I have 19 punches but have no idea how to apply them to a purchase. Where is that option?

They are applied automatically in your cart, the discount you see on "doorbuster", "debut new" and "still new" products depends on the number of punches you have.

For example with 19 punches you will see a 60% discount on PA items in the "doorbusters" category once in your cart, while they would be only 30% off without punches or 50% off with 5 punches.
