Timeline behind Viewport?

After a recent DAZ upgrade, when I pull up the Timeline pane, the Timeline ends up behind the Viewport panes. I can usually sneak the cursor into the vertical space between Viewport panes and pull the Timeline down, but not always. And it's a pain, in any case. Bug? Feature? Workaround?
