Why does my coupon not work?

Good morning! 

I am a Premiere member trying to use the Premiere coupon, which should give me $10 off Daz Original items. My cart is in the attached image. The coupon isn't working. 

I seems to me that I am within the guidelines "Excludes Daz+ items, Gift Cards, FastGrab, licenses, & memberships. Cannot be used to discount items already owned".

Anyone know why this is happening?

By the look of your cart, those are all Quick Grab or Outlet Store items, and those, by their disclaimer, are excluded from any and all promotions unless stated otherwise (i.e. unless the promotion specifically states that they are inlcuded).
OS store just refreshed today, so the items might not be yet updated in it or market properly.

Thanks, Joanna. If you are right, I think the description of what is excluded is poor. It says "Fastgrab". Not "Outlet". Just another example of why the coupons are not worth the trouble, I think.

It's because the coupon wording hasn't been updated to remove Fastgrab but both Outlet and Quick Grab sections state very clearly: Unless otherwise specified, no discounts, coupons, tokens, or other deals may be applied to Outlet/Quick Grab Items. That information isn't added anywhere else, with any coupon, including the non-member offers, because this rule supercedes pretty much everything: tokens and any other discounts... And it doesn't change, unless stated otherwise (every now and then, there's a sale that offers extra discount on OS/QG).
Personally, I never had any issues with figuring out what member coupons work and don't work on. It's one of the most reliable and constant offers on Daz.
