When does the constuction end in the gallery so I can comment? Did someone from the highway department take charge? do we need Congressional approval? Did we put a penaly clause in the contract?

Back in the early 1980's, someone once asked Chris Kraft, one of the central figures in the development of NASA Mission Control and the director of the Johnson Spacefilight Center from 1972 to 1982, when he thought NASA would land a man on Mars.  Perhaps it was merely meant to be tongue in cheek, but his response referred to the never ending roadwork in the sprawling cIty of Houson:  "About the time they finish working on the Gulf Freeway."  Well, we still haven't landed on Mars but they still haven't finished the Gulf Freeway either, as no sooner do  they work their way down to one end then they have to turn around and start the process all over again because the city's outgrown it again. 

With all that in mind, I suspect we might see it finished about the time someone lands a man on Mars.
