In the Get-Rowdy sale, there is a whole page listed with items that are Unavailable and 404.  Sort from Low-to-High...

And when I add stuff to the actual cart to use the coupon on, it tells me the coupon code is not valid.... Don't get it.

Same thing here, I tried 3 times with different stuff and coupon doesn´t work, and I'm sure the stuff comes from the promo page and fits the coupon rules: "Discount excludes Gift Cards, Memberships, Licenses, New Releases and Daz+ Items".

Check that the items are not outlets or quickgrabs: they are all excluded by default from all sales, except the ones who specifically named them are the target (like the current one offering 5 outlets for 50% with one of today's new releases).
