[Diffeomorphic] Material Tools?

At some point I had access to Material Tools, I remember playing with them.

Now I don't. The Wiki has a mysterious entry about "enabling the Material Tools feature", and I'm not sure if that means I have to turn something on in settings or exactly what that means. But those material tools are not on the Materials panel.

What I have managed to mess up now? :)

    I found it. Must have missed a step with a reinstall or something. It's under Preferences, if anyone else is looking for it.
