best daz version performance wise?
i've been using 4.22 for a very long time and i really want to upgrade to a newer version, but from what i've seen in the forums the new versions have a lot of bugs and viewport issues, what is the best version to upgrade to performance wise?

I'm actually using 4.23 and didn't notice any bug so far. Of course for any previous daz studio version you must have the installer as only the last version is available in the shop. The default resources in 4.23 include the toon shaders for filament, which are not available in previous versions. 4.24 adds the spot render and extra filters for asset management, that I don't want, plus it removes 3delight, that I want. So the choice is easy for me.
Ok thanks for the suggestion,i will definetly look into it.
As Padone pointed out, you will not be able to get DS 4.23 from Daz now, as they only offer the latest version, DS 4.24.0.4. It is not legal to get DS 4.23 from any other source. So, unless you previously downloaded and saved the installer for DS 4.23 from Daz, you will not be able to install that older version now. DS 4.24.0.4 works fine for me. I don't need 3Delight.
Like barbult, DS 4.24.0.4 works fine for me as well. I never use 3Delgight. And as far as I can tell, comparing to DS 4.22, there's no new bugs in DS 4.24, I personally feel that DS 4.24 is a bit faster than DS 4.22. I have both of them installed.
Besides, you can keep both DS 4.22 and DS 4.24 by just installing the Public Build of DS 4.24 which is the very same to DS 4.24 General Release. Alternatively, you also can install DS 4.24 General Release but you have to rename the application folder of DS 4.22 beforehand ~~
I followed the steps to add 3Delight to 4.24.0.4
of course you need D|S 4.23 to copy the files from
