texture of the breasticular

Hello,

I need some help because I can't seem to apply my character's skin texture to the Bresticular pack; do you know what might be wrong?

    I don't have it.

    But my guess is.

That you first must check if the character (skin) uses the same shader as Breasticular, and if not apply the correct shader to breasticular.

Then copy the Body surface material (from the character) and apply it to Breasticular.

I just tried it with another character and it works fine. Maybe there's a trick I can use by activating the morph on my original character and deactivating the morph on the character that works?

Good you got it working on another character.

You should be able to apply any morph to a character of the same generation.

Regarding your video, you should just have copied the body surface, but it worked because Breasticular also uses Body surface. But it looks like there is a tiling problem.

Breastacular should come with a script for that. All of his geografts do...should be called something along the lines of Material Copy.

Besides the geoshell for Breastacular, is there any other geoshell on the character ?

I don't think so. Where can you see that?

    Before :

    After :

    With the material copy :

    After the render :

Do you have an alternative genital applied? Many of those add a shell.

Because from the video you attached, it looks more likely a typical issue when there're geograft + multiple geoshells on the character ~~

In Scene pane, type shell in the filter field on the top, see how many geoshells you can find in the list.

Yes i have only that :

But I tried recreating the character with nothing equipped except the "bresticular," and it works. I think I'll just remake the character from scratch—I don't mind. Thanks anyway, though.

edit : After remaking the character, the issue turned out to be eye makeup and the scar on the face that wasn't applying the skin texture to the added breasts.

The eye makeup and scar are likely one or two geoshells.

Breastacular is a geograft, the surfaces of a geograft are automatically created on all geoshells on the figure, so you either hide the graft areas by turning off shell Visibility... or correctly tweak the settings on their surfaces in Surfaces pane, e.g. set Cutout Opacity to 0 ~~

I'll just add that the material copy scripts for this vendor's products currently do not work in Daz 6. He/she has a link to a dropbox for new scripts to use in Daz 6, and I expect the full product packages themselves will eventually be updated to include the fix.
