Animation renders

I'm new to this. Just fooling around with it, trying to get the hang of it. I created a simple scene with a character transitioning through several poses. The sequence is 80 frames. The rendering seems to have gone fine but when I plug the sequenced images into Premier, it plays in ultra, ultra slow motion. A clip that should only take a couple of seconds takes nearly seven minutes to run. 

Obvious, I've done something wrong either when I created the animation or in the render settings. I've tried both the movie render setting at the sequenced images render setting. Same problem. 

Any ideas?
