Problems with android tablet like device

Old I need a free windows 11 software that can reinstall the android os on a tablet.  I got an android tablet for free today but the problem is that I cannot log in to it afterr reseting it.

new; I got a free android tablet like device,  trying to figure out how to set it up.

    I'm 72 now. I can recall where I was on November 22, 1963, when there were no Canadian teams in MLB or NBA/ABA and when there was only 6 teams in the NHL, only b&w tv and Our Miss Brooks, Mr Ed the Talking Horse and The Honeymooners were orginally broadcasted on TV.

    I got passed that issue, but now I found this issue.  I can't figure out how tocreate a lock password.
