Computer Crashed

My windows 10 computer crashed and burned. I lost everything that I had downloaded. Now I'm trying to reload some of what I had, and the page says I already own it! Is it possible to have the studio (or hoever} reload all the items that I already own..?

How do you install your products, DIM or manual? Did you lose hte hard drive your content was on? You can redownload from your Product Library or if you install with DIM you can redowload everything from there.
