i have merlin 8.1 pro bundle in cart..it was $3 something...but, I put in a new forever release and the bundle dropped to $2.62. it was my intent to get one of the new releases for 70% off but that is not working right now. I bet it has something to do with the entire selection being new items. A lot or most sales won't work with new items. It was reported in the problem thread a couple of times.
When will the next big sale be here, Independence Day (July 4) ? After is the PA and the Christmas sales?

Daz probably won't do Flag Day or Father's Day deals, but July 4th is possible.
It depends what you consider a "big sale."
The special sales months are as follows: March Madness (March), Daz+ (June), PA Sale (September), Daz Anniversary Sale (October), and Holiday Sale (December).
The special days might be any random day, sometimes tied to some event/holiday, and sometimes not. There's also no guarantee that there will be any special sale on any given "special day."
I wasn't interested in any of the pro/mega/character bundles I didn't already have. But I saw your post about the Cervitaur bundle & got it for under $2, since I owned parts. Thank you! I didn't do the deal yesterday.
I did however, use the $6/$18 coupon that is so pesky to get some D+ off my WL
The "no guarantee" is right! There have been great St. Patrick's Day deals in the past, but not this year. Yet we got an Easter sale that was all weekend, with lots of free items.
That said, most years November might as well be a special sales month, due to some combo of Anniversary Sale running long, Holiday Sale starting early, &/or any Thanksgiving deals.
FYI, JUMP-INTO-JUNE coupon works of new items, including items released yesterday, if you put them on your wishlist yesterday.

From what I remember, during the D+ sale month (and maybe anniversary and PA too, not sure), there aren't regular D+ releases as there's a new cheap item everyday instead. Jack hasn't made any announcements in the member section yet, but I wouldn't hold my breath for the regular D+ release schedule.
Your punchcard advice is still valuable for any punchcard sales, just not for this particular sale.
I notice the Daily Dealz has a "Buy or Own 3" offer and there are only two Daily Dealz currently available. If I remember from previous sales with this format, today's Daily Dealz will be available tomorrow for +$1 each, and maybe two days from now for +$2 each, give or take a couple dollars. If that's the format, it's like a 3 punch punchcard with optional/instant buyin, which is arguably more favorable than a daily required purchase for folks waiting for the right sale.
Imo, things like Zed poses are great Daily Dealz; I'm much less excited by the frog-eyed Daz Originals characters and I hope those don't become Daily Dealz. :P
To be honest, I would have almost preferred a punchcard, seeing as it gave one a choice what to get for a $+1 deal. Having to choose between only 2 products, neither of which interests me even at the $1.99 price... Well, it's going to be easier to not play and keep the purchases up, I suppose.
On the other hand, the "buy or own" is a better deal as you don't have to buy ahead of time. If there's some really good deal, you can just put 2-3 daily deals in your cart and shop instantly.
The real question is "own" for how long? I doubt if you buy 3 of these today and tomorrow you'd be all set for the entire month.

When they do this kind of deal a purchase typically counts for as long as the corresponding product is visible on the sale page in that section.

More frog eyed figure morphs and stripper poses. Nothing wrong with the latter but also nothing I especially need. If I go shopping this month, I expect it'll be in the os/qg section. And even that is not assured while prices on everything continue to go up.
Both have their merits, definitely. I think this month I'm grateful for the format they picked, as the OS didn't offer enough to keep punches up for me and I've been striking out on QG lately (full disclosure: I already have a lot of the offerings, and there are a finite number of things I'm interested in, so really, that's on me). This way if there's a sale on a particular day that interests me, I can just grab what's on offer to trigger it. Much less mental math, planning, and anticipation.
the QG and Outlet are pretty attractive to me this week. probably stick with that. quite a few very nice Stonemason products included.
I was never a fan of the punchcards, but certainly were better than this $1.99 (or more) low selection.
Today's Special started with offering only the (imo) overpriced morphs.
"New code every day", a slap in the face for members of Daz+/Premier that can't combine.
Price floors looks too high all over the place.
There has been no decent Gift Card sale in months.
Since last year we saw very little 'daz+ related stuff' during the Daz+ sale (compared to how it used to be), it looks like Daz decided to rename it and completelly and avoid the original 'theme'. Considering how very slow things are in Daz+ forum and without new contest formart after more than 2 months, I just hope Daz didn't decide to replace Jack with an AI.
I will keep an eye to see if some of the $1.99 is actually something i really need/want or if something of the daily stuff is really good for a one off. But keeping up with the sale in hopes one day i can make a juicy big purchase under those conditions is not worth it for me. And here is where having regular good GC sales would had worked in favor of Daz. If one has already money ready, the barrier to hit 'purchase' is always lower.
Rendo and Renderhub are likely rejoicing over this (miss)DealZ sale.
I doubt anything going on here greatly affects other sites.
You're welcome! I always keep my DO coupon for the time being to see if there are any interesting add-on bundles with the current base figures. If not, I'll use them like you do.
With the start of a new month and a major moth long saple we really nned a good gift card sale. Please, DAZ.
Something I just realized... This sale is called "new monthlong sale" which would suggest it's replacing the old Daz+ sale. In a way, it's not surprising, since there are now 2 membership levels, but this also means that we don't really have any benchmark to what's going to happen. D+ for a day and BYO bundle were limited even last year, so I wouldn't expect them to make an appearance. I guess instead of D+faD we'll have Daily Dealz.
Oh interesting. I'd read the "new" as "most recent" because I'm used to Daz being absurdly loose with their definitions, but your interpretation makes more sense.
Maybe they didn't like everyone complaining it wasn't like the good old days, so this is a way of having justification for why it's not?
Has anyone got the "ALL-FOR-1-FOR-ALL" code to work? I think I should be able to get three of the "Daz Dollars" items for $0.99 using it, but I get invalid code with them in my cart. I couldn't make the one for free work either.

Am I correct in that I should get 3 for $0.99 with it? I am pretty sure I haven't used it already, but it's not working for me with three items (FG Messy Apartment, FG Nightclub, Instant Fog).
...two days in and not impressed. So far, none of the "Daily Dealz" buy-ins are interesting (G9, stuff and "sultry" poses/clothing). As a long-time PC/D+ member, it will be disappointing if the June D+ event is no more.
I'll give it until Friday.
