I assume you have a "Delightful" new release in the cart. And if so, that is why the free raises to 1.99.
Daz might correct it at some point.
I can't even cancel my subscrip and renew using the discount. It just keeps reactivating the current subscription...
Yeah just took everything out of the cart except for the freebie and the two membership items and that fixed it
To further the 25% discount not being applied to DAZ+ and Premier memberships, this is the screen I see when I first click the signup button. As you can see, it shows the discounted price in the middle, but when entering your card details and going to the last page before you commit, the price shows as $199.
As I said, everything people are saying about failing to use the membership discount has been reported to Daz each and every previous time there was a membership discount. This is working as they intend it to work. It is unfortunate and unfair to existing subscribers. But they have had months to change it.
There does seem to be an issue with the Membership offfer, with the price apparently chnaging through the stages of check out. This has been confirmed and reported (we don't know which price would actualy be charged).

Yeah...this does not make me want to re-up my subscription when it expires in June. If anyone from DAZ is paying attention, sticking it to your existing subscribers while trying to court new ones is...well...not exactly a recipe for retention. I've been a subscriber for 20+ years...and this is the first time in decades that I'm questioning whether I want to continue to do so, and am actually leaning toward "no." Between this and the constantly-broken discount codes, promos, coupons, etc...it just feels like DAZ doesn't really care. I get it...you're a corporation, and you don't HAVE to care...but making life difficult for long-term customers is just unwise.
I'm not bashing DAZ. I love so much of what I find here...I want to see them continue to be successful...but in today's economy and market...this sort of stuff is going to have a seriously detrimental effect.
This has been checked and the final price will be correct, the problem is that some parts of the page are not dynamic and do not update to relfect the offer. That has been added to the "to do" list, but it won't get updated today I'm afraid - however, it is a cosmetic issue not an actual functional issue that will affect the purchaser of a new membership (it doesn't apply to renewals).
This one has been fixed, the freebie is now free when in a cart with one of today's featured releases.
Thanks! So...my monthly expires today, if I sign up for annual, I'll only be charged $149 despite it saying that it's $199? Can I get reassurance that I'll get a $50 refund if I actually am charged $199?
I am not sure what would happen with an existing, if only hanging on by its fingernaiils, membership.
I can suggest only opening a support ticket, with screenshots of the signup options to show that you cannot get the membership you want.
Classic Daz! Well, after 12 years of PC/PC+/Daz+ looks like I'm out next month. I suppose I'll just go monthly Premier in September, December, and March (unless they're successful at tanking the company). Bye, and thanks for all the fish!
I actually had this exact problem last time they had a membership discount. I sent them screenshots about how I couldn't sign up and they told me there was nothing they could do since the "sale" was over.
Alright I took the plunge and despite the multiple windows telling me I'd be charged $199, my receipt says $149.25.

Yeah, I know this isn't an airport, and there's no need to announce my departure, but I think I'm out after my membership expires. The fact that they keep running these discount sales on memberships and give those of us who are already supporting them NO OPTIONS to be able to take advantage of them is just kind of insulting.
Again, I'm not bashing; this is just a legitimate problem. And it's one DAZ seems to have no desire to fix. I guess they'd rather have none of my money than the discounted subscription. And that's their right. 20+ years and...well, more money than I should probably admit. It's been a good run.
File a support ticket.
I can confirm that the discount price for the Premier annual membership ($138.68 for me) was applied. That's what shows up under recent orders.
HOWEVER...
My monthly membership renewed automatically on April 14 (and I was charged for the period April 14-May 14). Just now, I purchased the annual membership. The end date shows up as April 22, 2027. So it did not stack with the month I just renewed. If it had stacked, it would be May 14, 2027.
I'll submit a ticket and hopefully they can straighten things out.
The remaining of your monthly sub was taken into account when the price of the annual membership was calculated, so you did get a cheaper price than someone who didn't have a active subscription.
I can confirm the discount gets applied at checkout as well. I'm a happy camper now.

The Genghis Khan Add-on Bundle is an Oops! page since at least yesterday.
Ironically, Cate 9 Bundle is listed in the Premiere freebie coupon.
Not sure if it is an actual issue, or intended, but looking at the products on the main store page, items in the 3 Cate bundles (character, add-on, & clothing) are the only debut new release items today. Usually there's a few other releases.
Pages should now load. Will report the addon bundle. Will check on other debut items.
Edit: we're not seeing anything more than the Cate bundles scheduled for release tonight.
