    Hi Cris, thanks, and just to clarify this: The ad only said to buy something on one particular day out of a few to make the character free today - definitely not 'free with other new releases'. I'm attaching the screen shot from the first day of the ad. Just to make sure we don't have to bounce this back and forth a few times.

    The two new release are for the extra 20%. Purchase over the weekend for the character, yes.

    March Madness event.  Shop event website said customers would receive a FREE female character if they had purchased on April 11th.  Website said the same thing again on April 12th.  Now it is April 13th - and there is no reference to the free character posted both the previous days.

    Try placing Lyra in your cart. Her price should drop to zero if you qualify to get her free (made a purchase during the past 3 days)

    While Lyra is free for me, she doesn't trigger any extra discount by herself. Is this intended? She's in the Newly Mad category.

    Free items usually don't trigger discount.

    Yeah, but she's only conditionally free and in the Newly Mad section. Often, if a new item isn't supposed to trigger a discount, it will be in its own section (such as the cheap daily characters or the DAZ+ items). Basically, it's currently stated to do something it doesn't.

    I just tested on a different browser without login in, and Lyra does trigger Mad Artist Store discount.

    It is not fair that it does not work for those of us that paid for her in advance only because it shows '$0.00' on cart.

    OK, Lyra Solenne is now free in my cart; but even though she is a newly mad item she does not trigger any extra discount on other newly mad  or still mad items. Is this the intended behavior?

    Don't know if it is really intended, because if that is the case, shame on Daz to not make it trigger ONLY for those that get it for $0. Because not only is shown along the regular 'Newly Mad', it is IS a newly mad and does trigger extra discounts (on still mad AND mad artis store) if you actually have to pay for her.

    there is an issue with the license discount, it should be 85% not 75% for Legacy items when new relaese.
    And the classics are 50 instead of 80

    .I know i'm being a bit dense, but really Lyra should trigger discounts for everyone. It actually makes a potential purchase more expensive by being free and forcing to purchase something else.

    Because is a Daz Original, paying for her as buy in would be less than any of the other items i just don't particularly need but are required to trigger the discounts.

    I suppose it should be Still Dark and not '40% off Still Mad Releases', and the 40% advertised discount is not the one these items will get in the cart (it's the usual 30%):

    The FAS is advertising 'Daz+ Items Included', but there is only one:

    I don't know if the goal was to include all Daz+ items from the featured artists or if that one item is all that was intended, but if it's the former, they are likely a couple of missing items.

    Um... March Madness is supposed to be over.  So why do all of the featured artists stores still have a cutoff excluding any products newer than 2024?  Is that a new DAZ policy going forward or did someone forget to change a setting?

    Maybe your membership has ended?

    Do you get one if you have $15 in your cart?

    My membership ends in july according to my membership page.

    But apparently Daz has decided that it has ended now, as if I get above 15 dollar I get tokens.

    I think what might have happened, is that Daz a year or so ago, extended my membership with 3 months, but somehow tokens uses the original end date.

    I did place Lyra in the cart - the price did not change.  I went into the cart and through to the final transaction part - nothing changed. I double checked and I ordered other stuff on BOTH the previous days.  My account confirms this.  So there is a glitch here which robbed me !!

    I'm wondering if she was only free on Monday. I missed out on getting her free too, then, because by the time the glitch with her was fixed, I'd had to move on to other things and didn't get back to putting her in my cart again. (I needed to pull the trigger on other items for a project, and if she wasn't free...) It would be nice if those of us who qualified for her and missed out yesterday due to the glitch could pick her up today.

    Tax doesn't count toward tokens (and never did), so your actual cart is under $10, and therefore you aren't getting a token.
