I purchased the clothes converter 4.0 after installation it requires a key to unlock it which was not supplied. I have tried contacting Daz several times to either get the key or a refund but have not gotten any response. What do I do now?

    Click on the orange man in upper right corner > My Account > Serial numbers and copy the relevant number.

    Then in Daz Studio click Help > About installed plugins, and inset the number where relevant.

    If it is a standard serialisation system then you can also have DS connect to your daz Account (Connect>LOg In) and then the serial number will be available via the button next to the empty field in Help>About Installed plug-ins.
