Geometry Sculptor Missing

Upgraded to premiere purely for the geometry sculptor, but it's nowhere to be found, and searching all over the internet seems like the tool doesn't even exist.

I've logged out and logged back in on my DAZ studio, it now shows "Daz Studio 4.24 Premier", but still not showing anything for the sculptor under tools.

I've even gone as far as reinstalling Daz Studio, and it still doesn't show it anywhere.

So far the only official documentation that exists from Daz3d is the sales page where they sell it to you, but there's not a single guide, tutorial, or even the tool itself in the application. I'm convinced it just doesn't exist yet
