Deleting Custom Render Settings

Under render settings, general, you can set the render size and save presets as a custom.  Is there any way to delete these?  I have a long list, and several are not correct an its driving me a wee bit batty.  I can't find any way to edit or delete them.

I found it.  All the way at the bottom is a button that says remove user presets.  That was definitely not the first place I looked lol.
