Texture Help
Hi all! I was curious if anyone had any idea on how to achieve this look with ground/muddy textures. Blender has its own texture add-on that lets you receive textures from Poliigon, the first image here is from a texture map on that add-on, meanwhile the second one is one from TextureCan, (texturecan.com/details/261/) however as you can see, the texture appears low poly even with a high poly count directly after importing a new plane into the scene. Am I doing something wrong? You can see it has a very "pixelated" appearance as the shine lights on it compared to the Blender one.

I don't see any image, but from the description it sounds as if (assuming yoiu rnder in Iray) Decals may be what you want - Create>New Iray decal, they can then have (largely) their own surface settings which can project onto the target model using various options.
