The dev version of diffeomorphic works with blender 5. Thomas had to update some code to make it work because the api changed, as usual in major versions.
That's good to hear. The changes for version 5 are quite intensive. Some really cool features in there.
So far it seems okay. I tend to not use a lot of addons. But as stated Diffeo works. Ucupaint works too, I've been doing a test on painting higher res textures so, 4 and 8K which works suprisingly well. My own addons work. I have one that allows you to keybind flipping between global and local transform spaces. Another that makes deleting things in edit mode less anying by deleting the type selected. So if you have a face selected it deltes the face, no more delete type popup menu I moved that to alt+del. If I have a face selected, and I pressed delete... DELETE IT! Stop askign questions! It's like having a hammer that stops you mid swing to confirm what you intend to hit. Bonkers! Any way they work, which doesn't say much since they are basically over complicated keybinds, but they work! lol.
