Could look like one of Bluejaunte's characters, maybe with a different texture and other modifications.  Possibly this one:

EDIT: I can see that the hair is much older than that character (lower SKU), so not very likely it's that one.

Yes, I was thinking the same, and loaded here in DS to compare the textures. It is her, spots on skin and eyebrows match perfectly with the OOT promo. Left is my render, right the promo.

Thanks guys.  It did give me Blue Jaunte vibes but could'nt pinpoint the model.  It's Amira alright.
