Blender won't scale smoothly, jumps in .1 increments. [Soleved]

I have a Blender file in which I can't precisely scale an object because the scaling function got fucked up somehow, to where it will only jump by increments of .1 instead of continuously.

Anybody got clue how to fix this?

Have you inadvertently enabled "Snap to Increments"? It's under the magnet icon in the middle of the top part, under the menu bar (if you haven't modified your workspace).

    Yes. I certainly have.

Thank so much, TheMysteryIsThePoint. Now I'm back to modeling as normal.
