Missing item data files

Recently switched from Poser to Daz. Excited with a fresh start. Purchase a few characters and a few items. Can not get installer to work at all so I have to manual install all my items. So far four of my items are missing the data folder from the manual download. The items show in my content library but when selected I get a list of data files that are missing. How do I reach out to the artists and get the data files for their items? Thank you in advance.

What did you purchase exactly, and where did you install it?

Missing data files often means one of two things:

• You didn't it in the right place
• You installed an add-on for a product but don't have the base product installed 

And for the record, you don't typically contact vendors directly here, Daz handles customer service. You can open a support ticket from the "Help center" link in every page's footer. Some vendors post in the forums do you can interact with them here, but not all.

You nailed it. I purchased an add-on, not the base.

I rechecked the other items that seem to be missiong textures but don't seem to be add-ons. I'll try to reload.

I'm installing objects into My Library folder that is in Documents,.
