Add Softbody button disappeared from Diffeomorphic

This question may be for @Padone. 

I couldn't find Add Softbody button in the panel. May I ask why?

The policy violation sounds more like a windows problem, may be you installed as administrator that's not ususally to be done. You can install both as addon or as extension as you like the distribution supports both. For softbody be sure the feature is enabled in the addon preferences, also of course that you can access the preferences folder and file for blender to write to.

I removed its old extension before installing the new extension. That fixed it. With the enabled simulation tools feature as you suggested, I can see the Add softbody button now. I appreciate your prompt response!.
