I thought there would be some special discounts these past two days, but there were no changes compared to Friday's, it was a bit lackluster, especially since I missed out on a punch...
The things I urgently need are all on sale recently (but I lost 1 punch), and I don't know if there will be even bigger discounts in the future, which is really frustrating ( just as disappointed as I was with ONE PUNCH )

Well, nothing's ever guaranteed, but FWIW it seems like lately these month-long themed things have a big wrap-up type thing at the end of the sale, and I'd think this being the end of the year would also be a likely excuse for a big sale. Who knows what the discounts would be, but (theoretically) there'd be more artists to choose from, so one buy-in would get you more options.
...and then of course you have the retrospectives that pop up occasionally in the early months. And the later months. And...
There's always another sale. :)
(But it sucks when there's an urgent need.)
I remember a few times during the last few days of a sales season, there weren't any better discounts or the things I wanted most. Everything was so unpredictable. Anyway, I had already missed the moment when I most wanted to buy things. I had to finish today's PUNCH and see how tomorrow goes. By the way, I had to record this change in the rules of the game as a reference for next year.
Entirely fair. TBH the only sales I end up taking advantage of (for the most part) are the "holy crud, did that just happen??" sales, so the rest of them I don't really pay attention to the specifics beyond just that they exist.
And of course the crux of the matter is always what's being offered. It can be an incredible sale, and if nothing is useful to you, the only thing it's good for is cheering others on. I run face-first into a lot of those, too. Fingers crossed for you that the things holding you up are in something soon that works for you.
speaking of sales, I'm headed over now to pick up those free items, and more than likely the $1.49 deal.

DAZ+ Items still not discounted as advertized. I feel scammed.
what is their sale deal? I know I'm getting the punch card discount, I think. Nothing else though. I added 2 new debut just to see if anything happened, but no. otherwise, an already discount at 70% DAZ+ item in Featured Artists discounts to 82% in my cart.
Well, I'm happy to see one of my favorite artists- StudioRQL, has made their debut as a DAZ PA. Their Debut New item in my cart triggered a nice discount on PA store items.
Daz+ items should now be getting the featurd artist discounts where they qualify. I'm sorry it took so long to fix.

The G9 version of the dress was released today, the G8 version a couple of days ago.
On other shops, they are named RedQLips.
I contacted him (on a site that allows interaction with artists), and asked him to include G9 poses with the clothing morphs as he does with his G8 clothing. Hopefully we'll see them with his next set.

...that's happened twice so far. I have lot of items on my wishlist that have been there before hte sale started that qualifies (DO under 25 USD) and very few of them have shown up. When I hunt for new omns to put on those will pop up but few if any of the older ones.
Yeah missing a day of purchasing anything not only costs you a punch (along with three dais of having to buy something to get it back) but also results in two random non-wishlist items popping up on the calendar which most often are something passed over as I wasn't; interested in them/.
They need to tweak the selection the algorithm to pick older qualifying wishlist items as well.
I saw above the comment about the PA studiorql and wishlisted their G8 versions of the slip dress. I will be honest that in the winter, buying a slip dress makes me shiver. Even rendering one is off-putting. And in the height of summer, I am the reverse about winter clothing. Not interested that often.
But like my diet, I am being careful with my money on DAZ. I may burn tokens by not buying enough in the next few days. But the hard fact is, food prices are causing inflation to race up faster than anything I have ever seen before. That is weirding me out a bit.
And do you know how hard it is not to be making cookies and buying sweets at this time of the year for someone who loves to bake!? And walk by aisles of gingerbread... in every store.
It is like opening up DAZ pages and seeing things from my favorite PAs. And having to be a grown-up.

I am so sorry. Having things that bring you joy become too expensive to indulge is a special form of torture. (Especially because with baked goods, you get to enjoy both making and eating them! So twice the benefit!)
Right now I'm trying not to buy too many more virtual clothes anyway, unless something fills a gap... though speaking of gaps, I'm laughing at the "cozy" outfits that have massive amounts of boobage showing. Sitting here at -26F today in multiple layers of full-coverage clothing, I feel I can say with authority that drafts are not cozy.
...been doing that ever since I retired nearly a decade ago ending up on a meagre fixed pension.

Yay! A BTD+ that I actually fancy! I haven't done well with those for the most part this sale. It'll extend my backup Outlet punch options a bit longer. :)
The Winter Village looks nice, but I have no need for it at all, and I don't like Vaelric all that much (the other two dealz are out of the question: I don't need sexy/skimpy dresses, and Art Ken is on my no-buy list), so I think I'll be waiting to see what Quick Grab brings. Probably in 6 hours, or so, when it finally populates. Nothing in the new releases either to make me splurge: some nice things (the harness, the Tool, and the claustrophobia shafts), but nothing I need to justify paying for a new release.
A quiet Monday for me. :) (Unless QG is really good.)

Yesterday's DAZ+ prices were great, but unfortunately I only had 2 PUNCH, so I had to give up.
Seconding this question. I am still pretty salty about losing out on that little cutie.
yeah, I always grab the free items, no matter what they are, but one of them is almost as old as DAZ, before Iray time anyway. Released 2014, so not all that bad, I guess. Bring on the new Quick Grabs.

I like Vaelric. He would be an instant buy for me, but I'm annoyed by the buy the bundle and the character to get a discount on the bundle that already includes the character 'deal'.
that deal is a real headscratcher.
It sure is strange, but Richard Haseltine pointed out that by combining the two, you get the bundle down quite a lot, so much so that it makes sense even if you buy the character twice. I did this, and with 6 tokens added, I think I paid 8 bucks all together, so 4 per piece. Which is really nice for new items, to me at least.
I didn't think of that, but it makes sense! I want him (and love his bundled hair) but not without banked giftcard money.
Picked up Quick Grab goodies instead to refill the token bank, while it's still double tokens day.
I forgot to check out yesterday again. Lost my free stuff and a couple other deals. Oh well, as the saying goes, there's always another sale.
The wislist discount not quite good either. None of my WL items have a discount other than a couple new ones, so that might be worth looking into. EDIT: oh, you need to hit select and choose from those. Nevermind. none of them in the select list are pre-discounted.
I found something from the wishlist sale that I'll be happy enough to get, and I was even considering building a bigger cart and maybe using my coupon, but some unnamed mod made me reconsider. Probably time to take a break from the forums or at least being helpful.
