Textures not working - Error message

I can't fix this issue - some of my textures are not applying to the product, and I am getting this error message. I can add textures manually but this really is a problem I am having with multiple products.

"An error occurred while reading the file.  See the log for more details." 

Does anyone else have this issue?  or know of a way to fix it.

Which product, and, less importantly, what version of Daz Sudio?

It seems that you loaded a hierarchical material preset...but the hierarchy of target figure doesn't meet the conditions saved in the preset.

Check your DS log, you should be able to find the relevant message.
