FBX Document Import problem

Hello, I have a problem. When I try to import a fbx document, my DAZ studio starts to crash down. Can anyone help me?

    Any FBX or specific files? What do you mean by starts to crash down - does it not crash as such but do something else unhelpful? Is this the current DS 4.24.0.3 version or an older vrsion?

    Like for starters, there is a fbx document of a wind up key and when I did the import, it closes. Also, it's the current one.

    An alternative if the import still ends up with a DS crash ~~

    Import FBX into Blender, export to OBJ format. Import OBJ file into DS.
