Cannot log in to bugs.daz3d.com

Cannot submit a ticket as a result of that

    I can't. Tickets will not submit unless Signed In. Can't sign in.

    Silly question. How can you post here if not signed in?

    Confused. Could be there are two separate sign-ins & I have had one go automatically.

    I am signed in to shop, and for forums. Clicking on help opens a new page where, according to Daz, I am not signed in. Why that is, is a question for Daz.

    You just need to sign in again with same credentials.

    https://bugs.daz3d.com does need a separate SIGN IN otherwise I cannot see my Activities there ~~ And the SIGNED IN cannot be kept... at least on my side with Firefox, i.e. I have to SIGN IN each time. SSO seems not working on it... odd ~

    My problem is I cannot click on Sign In and get a prompt to sign in. When I do, It just reloads the same page. And I remain signed out for help - cannot see Activities, or submit tickets.

    What browser are you using ? You may try clearing the cache and cookies just for https://bugs.daz3d.com/

    On my side, with Firefox, it doesn't show any prompt or pop-up either. After one-click on SIGN IN button, it turns signed in ~ Then after a couple of hours, it turns unsigned in again ~~

    When I click on Sign In, the page flashes and the URL changes to:

         https://bugs.daz3d.com/hc/en-us/signin?return_to=https://bugs.daz3d.com/hc/en-us

    But it never prompts for sign in information, and never logs me in.

    I have also tried in a Private Window (aka Incognito mode), same result

    I just tried it and can confirm the sign-in does not work. I also am using firefox.

    I just saw this thread. I can sign in fine with Windows 10 and Firefox. I can view My Activities, etc.

    Thanks. I had already tried that before my first post. Made no difference.

     

    ** UPDATE: without having made an changes I clicked on Sign In once again and now it worked. Showed my initials and My activities. Voodoo.

    Back to not working today. Flaky, like those pesky 503 page errors here on the forums.

    Ahhhhhh ?!  Then at the end of the day, you may have to try with Chrome ?

    With Chrome, if you SIGN IN on the page of https://bugs.daz3d.com/hc/en-us, it'll redirect you to the page of Daz SSO.

    Thanks for the suggestion but I stopped using Chrome early 2010's. Chrome is spyware. And possibly soon, one of several AI corps may purchase Chrome from Google in the antitrust breakup.

    I guess that unless Daz comes along and reads this thread and then implements a fix, I'll forego using tickets. Lol.
