Characters loading with SubD set to 5

I'll load the base G8.1 female with her render SubD set at default 3, I'll save it as such, completely untouched. When I reload her, the SubD is at 5. Even if I change it to 3 and save, she loads back with it set to 5. Under properties the default value is still 3. I looked at the properties for the SubD parameter dial, and under controllers I see this "ERC [Add] > Genesis 8.1 Female:SubDivision Level" But G8F gas the same thing but she saves and loads just fine.

If I set the max 3, default 3, value 3, save, it loads at 3.

If I set the max 4, default 3, value 3, save, it loads at 3.

If I set the max 5, default 3, value 3, save, it loads at 5.

If I set the max 6, default 3, value 3, save, it loads at 3.

If I set the max 5, default 3, value 2, save, it loads at 2.

And then back  to

If I set the max 5, default 3, value 3, save, it loads at 5.

Thank .... for that, uninstalling and reinstalling Genesis 8 Female Starter Essentials did the trick. Thank you.
