Is there a way for DAZ to force a specific camera to render, rather then rendering the Selected Viewport?

A script could switch cameras, perform a render, and switch back to the original active view.

The script can easily define conditions for rendering with "Perspective Camera(s)" rather than Perspective View, etc. to avoid the issue you mentioned... even you can define "camera patterns" (Match Labels) for more flexible condition. Then save the settings as Favorites.
