How are you installing?

The log has more information.

So try to attach the log (as a text file) to a post. You can find the log Help > Troubleshooting > View Log File. Then just save as and attach.

Also, which product is this? I agree it is most likely an installation issue, but it could also be not having a required base product to use an add-on.

i just copy and paste unzip file into my daz studio libarary

Then my guess, is that you have copied one later to deep.

But the log can tell it.

Try to search for one of the files on your HD/SDD and find the full path to the file.

what is the correct way to add asset into daz ?please help i'm stuck .lot of videos say copy and paste it into mydaz library

If you would provide the log file we could probably make a reasonable stab at answering. In geenral you want the Data, Runtime, and other folders at the same level in the zip to be merged with the existing ones in your content directory - but whch OS you are using matters for that.
