Screen slider missing

Can someone tell me where to click a setting that lets window slider bars show ?

When working in DBEditor, I want to add a root catagory, but the full screen lists won't show.

As seen in pic, there is another columb just barely showing, but no slider to get to it.

Yeah, that one is a poorly designed window, there are several of them that do that.   Unfortunately there isn't a way to add scroll bars if it wasn't set up for it.  (I think it was either made with a bare bones set up or on a massive screen...but that's just my meanderings.)
