Error message about PostgreSQL CMS

Hi. I haven't used DAZ Studio much in a long time. Installed the current version (4.24.0.3) through DAZ Install Manager.

When I open DAZ Studio, I see the following error message:

DAZ: A valid PostgreSQL CMS connection could not be established – check network, antivirus, antimalware, anti ransomware and firewall settings for conflicts

 

I'm on a Windows 11 Pro system and have granted DAZ Studio access through my firewall, but still get the same message.

If you check task manager (with More details shown in Windows 10, I am not sure how it shows in 11) do you see multiple instances of postgresql running as background tasks when Daz Studio (or Install Manager) is open?

Yes. I see 7 instances running when DAZ Install Manager is open.

All seven of those go away when I shut the Install Manager.

When I then open DAZ Studio, 8 instances of PostgreSQL Server appear in task manager and I still get the warning.

Note - despite the warning, my Sart Content Pane does populate (I saw a post about this earlier and right clicked Smart Constent and clicked Start CMS.
