    2. Snipping tool doesn't work in this situation. When you move the mouse, the preview goes away. Give it a try.

What I do in that situation is using PrintScreen and then cut out the relevant part.

Got it. The snipping tool is activated when I hit print screen, but I see that windows does still indeed take a screenshot, which I am able to paste in Paint or Paintshop Pro. Thanks!

Hey all, I fired up 4.24 yesterday, and logged in like usual. The program seems to load, but the interface doesn't show on the screen. When I hover my mouse over the icon in the task bar, it is a blank white screen. I tried to re-install the program, and even reverted to Nvidia 616.92 drivers, and still the same issue. I attached a screenshot. Now, I did install the beta 4.24 program, and also Daz 6, and they load just fine. The 4.24 release has been working great for me for awhile, so I would like to get it working again.

Try Shift + Right-Click on it, then Maximize or Restore ~

Using the Snipping Tool app will generally give better screnshots than taking a photo of the screen,

    1.  The shift + right click, maximize worked. Thanks!  2. Snipping tool doesn't work in this situation. When you move the mouse, the preview goes away. Give it a try.

Windows key + Shift + S activates the snipping tool without moving the mouse. (Works everywhere except the task bar. :) )

Howdy, I'm running DAZ Studio 4.24 on a 2023 iMac and I'm having some issues with tidying up custom presets (Character, Wearables, Pose etc). The problem I'm running into is that my deleted presets are still showing up in my Saved Items Content Library. The presets I've deleted don't work any more which is good, but they still show up in my library with an error icon as a thumbnail. Anybody know a good way to tidy this up?

    Hi,

    A couple of questions.
    (1) How do you delete them? From Studio or with Finder?
    (2)  Are they showing up in Content Library Pane or Smart Content Pane?

I suspect that you delete them from the Library but they are still in your smart content  database,m the CMS, that is why you still see them.

If they are in Content Library>Categroies you can right-click>Remove Orphaned Reference
