3D Printing - DAZ to Blender to STL - Problems with cloth after slicing

Hello,

I know my topic is not purely related to Blender but maybe some of you have experience with this.

I try to bring my figures to life with 3D Printing.

I am Blender Beginner but working in DAZ for a long time.

I have create my figure in DAZ and using Diffeo i export it to blender. As i do not want to have Hair topics i simply use a hair with real geometry - i know that is another topic.

The figure looks good in DAZ (Pic 1). Fine in Blender and renders fine in Blender. (Pic 2 and 3).

So i export my figure as STL. Do the manifold corrections with MS 3D builder. All fine. Then i load the figure in my slicer which is the basic Bambustudio for now.

The figure also looks fine - no errors. (Pic 4 ).

When i start slicing and see the check the results i can see that some parts of the clothings are greyed out and these will not be printed. (Pic 5)

It would be pretty helpful if someone can guide me in the right direction or have any kind of tipp :)

I understand that there are lots of material issues what can cause trouble in general that is why i try to make sure the figure works fine in blender also in slicer the figure looks fine.

Thanks in advance for any help.
