Lighting Question

I am rather new to Daz Studio and I have a question on lighting. Does anyone know what are the best lights avaiable either already in the Daz Studio program or for sale that is good to use for toon rendering?

Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Does this product do a good job making toon renders and does it work well with DS 4.9?

In 3dl some of the best light sets come with characters like Fred winkler's.

Which are on sale an pretty good also Predatron's lights are nice
