IMAGE FOR BACKGROUND

Hi all,

Can someone explain to me how to use an image for Background please?

I have gone to Environment, then Backdrop, then clicked Browse Image, selected the image I wanted but then it doesn't show. It worked on my Windows OS PC I'm now on MAC.

In render or in Viewport? Do you get any kind of background?

Only plain colours.
