Is there a PBR Materials Panel in Blender or is that an Add-on?
There's a new version of Blender released a day or so ago. Version 4.4
Is there a PBR Materials Panel or is that (still) an Add-on?
--------
The closest I've seen is an instruction video where they explain adding materials one-by-one using a node-based workflow.
I have a program that can generate the other maps from a single texture, but I'm looking to work inside Blender and NOT use the nodes.
Any help is appreciated.

The node wrangler can automatically assign textures to the principled shader, based on the texture name, if that's what you're asking for.

"As I feared sir, non functional. I'm reducing speed."
It figures every solution points back to the nodal workflow. I guess there's no way around it.
Thank you for your answer and solid reply. I picked up at least 3 pieces of helpful info that solved an additional issue!
The "nodal workflow" is mandatory in blender, you have no other way to access materials. However, the principled shader is one single node, similar to the uber shader in daz studio, that's probbaly what you're looking for.
