Content Installation issue

Good morning,
I own a number of Heatherlilly's wonderful figures, like MBM Hannah. They show up as installed in DazCentral and Daz Install Manager along with all of my other many years bought of store content. However, they do not show up in Daz Studio itself, not within Smartcontent nor Content Manager. All install paths should be the same as I haven't changed anything, and other recently purchased content shows up.
I'd really love to start using these figures but can't seem to get Daz Studio recognize them. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?
Thank you for any help,
Robert

It should show up in Content Libary. It will not show up in Smart Content, as it is a transferred product, and they didn't get metadata.
Try to see if you can find it in Content Library > Products > mbm hannah...
Thank you! I actually uninstalled and then reinstalled and it now does show up in Smart Content. Weird. The product thumbnail pictures aren't there but the files do pop up. I wish Daz had included Metadata when these products came over from Rendo.
I am surprised that it shows up in Smart Content. Maybe Daz has added some limited metadata.
Does the icons has marking such as character etc.?
For images you can add them yourself - just need to make some images and then add them in the same folder as the dufs using the same name as the duf file, just with png in the end.
Yes, it does. Everything pops up under the correct labels now, but the product image. Again, weird.
The couple of transfered products I bought all show up in Smart Content, but everything is in Lost and Found so it won't take advantage of what Smart Content can offer.
To solve the problem, open [location of My DAZ 3D Library on your computer]/Runtime/Support
Then search for the product SKU (in case of MBM Hannah, it's 101922, you can see it on her product page on Daz Store or in Smart Content, by selecting the product, then at the bottom of the screen, opening the Info Tab).
I don't have MBM Hannah, so I'll show you with the Nicola Dress by Rhiannon.
1. Here's how it look in my Smart Content by default. Notice the info tab at the bottom of the screen, showing the product SKU/ID:
2. With the SKU known (105016), I can now open the Finder (I'm on MacOS, but it'll work the same with the File Explorer on Windows) then I go to [location of My DAZ 3D Library on my computer]/Runtime/Support and I can search for the SKU:
3. Now that I know the name of the DSX file or the DSA file (usually both are present), I know the name of the picture I have to add in that directory. In my case, it'll be 'DAZ_3D_105016_Nicola_Dress_for_8_0_8_1_Genesis_Females.jpg' or 'DAZ_3D_105016_Nicola_Dress_for_8_0_8_1_Genesis_Females.png'.
You can use any picture, as long as it's a JPG or a PNG file and Daz will show it. Here's an example using the main promo for the Nicola Dress:
Yeah, it's a bit ugly but at least you have picture. Now, if you want a nice icon, you have to use a 10:13 picture. Daz's favourite resolution is 114x148 but you can go higher if you want, to get a bigger picture when you let your mouse cursor hover over the product icon. Here's an example with the previous picture:
I don't remember where I saw that number, but I'm usually using 380x494 pictures. Either the main promo can be used without too much trouble (with some promo renders, cropping the picture to the correct image ratio can end with a character cut in half) or you'll have to use another one, or do you own render and use it.
With the Nicola Dress, the main promo render crops rather nicely and you barely see the hands of the third woman:
Edit: Another way of solving this problem is using the thumbnails downloaded by DIM (if you have asked DIM to download them of course).
