cannot start faceshop plugin

Whenever  I start using DAZ studio 4.9 to launch faceshop plugin it says "please load a figure that has a head bone"

I am new to DAZ studion..

I dont know how to start faceshop using DAZ .

please help me.

How I can create head bone?

    Do you have a figure loaded and selected before launching Faceshop?

    Thats what I dont know ... how to load a figure.. 

    I have downloaded the male from this link

    I got a zip but dont know how to open in in DAZ studion.

    whenever I choose import then select image.pz2 it imports but there is nothing on the editor..

    Im I doing the right way OR what is the way to load a figure which downloaded from other sources?

    Firsst you need to install the Starter Essentials packages -- there are ones for Genesis, Genesis 2 Male, Genesis 2 Female, Genesis 3 Male, and Genesis 3 Female.  Did you install Daz Studio using Daz Install Manager?
