The question is about a $3.99 minimum price, when that minimum price is not disclosed in the ad. Your response did not address that question. Did you get prices lower than $3.99? Are there intended limitations that are not disclosed in the ad?
Using the cheaper items over 3.99 in both selections, there indeed seems to be price floor active:
2025-FLASHBACK: discount should be 60%.
2024-FLASHBACK: discount should be over 65% because it's a Daz Originals.
Edit: I didn't thought about adding a new release but I checked with the 2025 Flashback code and it didn't lower the price, the chair collection 1 was still at $3.99.
I'm asking, but the original query didn't give me enough info. I couldn't figure out what 3.99 had to do with what was being pointed out.
We've let Daz know; will likely happen in the AM cuz of what time it is now.

Sorry, we forgot to update the thread that the $3.99 was fixed and now shows in the disclaimer and if it doesn't for you do a hard refresh. It was fixed about an hour and a half ago.
No you don't need to have an FNR in the cart. If the product you're picking from the link they provided is in your WL than it is 75% off. It "looks" like there is no limit. I just put 5 in my cart and I get 75% off all of them.

I am not getting 20% off as per Orange banner for Bone Minion Batch Converter for Genesis 3 Poses. I am only getting an extra 10%

We have a summary of the offer and it says 10%, so I think the banner is wrong - but we will try to get that checked.
The orange banner says 10%; when you clck on it, the popup shown above appears claiming 20%.

They forgot to update the text of the 2025 Flashbacks and 2024 Flashbacks and it's missing a 'Minimum price after after discount' information (the minimum seems to be 3.99 like yesterday):

I found another problem: the extra 20/30 or 40% on Daz+ Flashback for having any “Memory” New Release in the cart doesn't work if the Memory NR in question was released yesterday (the Cyberpunk product was to check if the problem also happened on the Featured Artists Stores but there is no problem with the FAS):
With the Darkwood Asylum, a release from yesterday (which is labeled a Memory New Release), the Daz+ item has a 93% discount (which is the one advertised on its page: https://www.daz3d.com/ebil-baby-bundle ):

Items are not getting 80% off. All are from the wishlist selection and have been in my wishlist for some time.
The three items in your cart are from the 2025 Flashback selection, so the 75% they are getting is correct.

Should work with all the listed "Memory" new releases now.
I have a cart where the price is above what it should be (with $10/$25 Premier coupon & 1 token). With only https://www.daz3d.com/filatoon-shader-bundle, https://www.daz3d.com/da-rottweiler-for-daz-dog-8, & https://www.daz3d.com/phenotypes-for-dog-8 in the cart total is $17.05. When I add https://www.daz3d.com/lorez-horse-2-bundle total is $21.23, when it should be around $19, assuming it is eligible for both tokens & the coupon.
(Note the Lorez Horse bundle is $2.84 because I own 2 of the 3 items.)
I decided to just purchase the Horse bundle separately; I'm flagging this to provide more data in case others have similar problems.
I seem to have an issue with the classic bundles offer, I have added the biker outfit to my cart, which I believe should at least receive the 50% discount without the "Memory" release but it appears to be getting a 40% discount. With the "Memory" new release it should get a 70% discount but it does not appear to be doing so?
I think it already has the 50% (it's on the category) so there is no change for that when you add it to the cart. When you add a Memory reelase it takes off another 40% (50% after the first discount and then another 40% off that is 20% of the base price, 50% of the base plus 20% of the base is 70% of the base which is the correct discount).

Looks like "Princess Pa" items aren't triggering the extra discount off "Pretty" Artist Stores. I have:
