    The extra 20% for having two Asha 9 new releases in the cart doesn't seem to be working:

    Asha9 HD Character Bundle doesn't appear in Premier Free Character Bundle,
    and trying to use the premier coupon code gives "coupon code is not valid".

    Coupon "YOUR-SHOP" is said to provide an extra 40% off up to 6 items from ones wishlist:
    -> Does not work on new releases although it is nowhere mentioned that new releases are excluded.

    There was actually a redesign of the page and it covered up the disclaimer. They'll have to change it in the morning, but it reads:

    Items must be in cart simultaneously for discount to apply.
    Items must be added to wishlist prior to August 7.
    Discount excludes New Releases, Daz+, Memberships, Licenses, and Gift Cards.
    Coupon code useable once per customer. 

    Minimum price after discount:  $3.99

    Our understanding is that if it is not on the character list on the linked page in the coupon, then it's not eligible. That said, I've emailed Daz to verify it wasn't left off in error.

    Our understanding is that if it is not on the character list on the linked page in the coupon, then it's not eligible. That said, I've emailed Daz to verify it wasn't left off in error. 

    It can't be an error, because since Centaur 9 at the latest, it always takes until (Central European) lunchtime or even until the afternoon of the release date for the character bundles to appear in the list.

    Today I bought four items and as normal printed the shopping cart, then processed my purchase. Printed my gmail from DAZ that listed the four items as I waited for DIM to open so I could download the four items. All four appeared and no problem downloading. But in my Product Library only three of the new items are listed. I searched by the missing file's name, FF's Railyard Rebellion Poses for Genesis 9 and when I clicked on the thumbnail on my shopping cart, it took me to the promo page in the store that does show I purchased the product, https://www.daz3d.com/ffs-railyard-rebellion-poses-for-genesis-9.

    This is the first time for this to happen to me. Is something happening on the DAZ system and should I report this to Customer Service? I went ahead and sent it in on Request #478027.

    I just looked again and yep, it showed up. I also had a reply from DAZ. Not sure if the computer gods woke up or she did something but all is well now. And yeah, I have had to refresh my Product Library sometimes 3 to 4 times after a purchase to get new items to show up. But never had a missing one. That threw me for a loop.

    The 80% discount on the 'Recent Toon Town Faves' with a new release is actually a 75% discount: I don't know if it's the discount or the text that is wrong.

    If you're referring to the extra 20% off with 2 or more "Asha" releases, that is incorrect. There is no extra 20%. It was removed early this morning after launch and at some point popped back up and they are currently working on getting that removed.

    It appears that items that were in the original outlet store (but no longer are outlet items) still have their outlet banner. If it is no longer an outlet store item then DAZ should remove the outlet marking.

    This seems to be a caching issue, rather than not having updated at all.
