How do you take the sound from a web video and add it to a DS4.9 video?

Windows Movie Maker is (i believe) free

I have Sony Movie Studio Platinum, which is the little brother to Sony Vegas.

This type of software lets you fade in/out of video clips, overlay graphics, green screen, add audio tracks. Then you render it all to a single file once it is setup

Please note that what you wish to do probably wouldn't be legal, unless you have a license to use the web video soundtrack.

There may be exceptions for Parody, critical or education use but those are less broad than people expect
