Images Not Loading

Title says it all. The renders are waaaaaay less than the 2MB limit (like 350 kb) and it's been several hours, no go. It says UPLOADING then nothing. Waited 10 minutes, tried again and waited 20 minutes. An hour later, same thing, I had even shut down the computer, refreshed, nada. Poke the web team in the butt because 3 hours is ridiculous! I can't even get that annoying box that shows it didn't "take."
And it's sporadic- did two images fine, then ground to a halt three hours ago.

Just did a quick trial, uploaded 4 different images to one post with no problems. The 3rd image failed a couple of times, but uploaded fine on the 3rd try. The 4th image uploaded instantly.
I just tested it here... Using my iPad and whatever is the current version of Safari (which I can't seem to figure out where to find that info on this thing, but it's current) and Googgle... It working/uploading at a normal speed for me.
Not exactly the same thing, but it's uploading pictures related... For some reason every time (or almost every time) I upload a third image to a post, that third image will fail to load at least once... I could put four or six, but the third always fails, regardless of image size or what color pants I'm wearing... I never mentioned it because it's not worth making a thread about.
I honestly have no idea why I even mentioned it just now either.
Because Chohole mentioned the third one she uploaded had problems...
I have a little 'traffic' indicatior and if it is still saying 'uploading' and there is no upload showing on the indicator, I cancel it and start over, because it will be broken, if it ever gets to that point.
I always thought it was completely random; the uploads work for me most of the time, but every now and then I need to try several times before it takes. And I don't think I've ever encountered the "third time is a dud" thing, I usually only attach one or two images to a post.
...had a pic that I tried to upload last night. Just sat there with the "Uploading" message. Cancelled that upload, tested with another pic that uploaded fine. Went back to try the original image and again got the perpetual "Uploading" message. Both were normal .jpgs, neither of them were oversize either in file size or resolution.
