ISO: A Modern Stairwell

As the title describes, Im looking for a modern stairwell.

I am aware of First Bastion's "A Flight of Stairs", and it suits my needs, but I am wondering if there are other products that contain the features this has and possibly more for the same price if not less.

Please advise.

IIRC over the past few months' worth of sales it's been on sale numerous times. Chances are if you can be patient you can catch it at a lower price.

Maybe one of those might work? Not exactly like the modern stairwell, but could work with a little kit bashing. If you're a platinum club member, the west park and chilling out sets are pretty cheap.

Dont particularly like any of these over FirstBastion's product, but thanks for the heads-up.

I was alerted to another product on another site substantially cheaper that might work out, but i will have to do a little kit-bashing on that as well.  Not sure if i can post the link to it since its not a Daz3D product.
