Contacting Vendors

Hi Folks,

   Is there a way to contact one of the vendors directly?  I have a question/request for Colm Jackson but I don't want to be intrusive to their privacy.  Basically I have a question about a figure they used in a promo and whether it's an edit of a specific figure they are selling or not.  Thanks!

    If you open a support ticket they may already know the answer, and if not they can ask the PA.

    Tried that and unfortunately they won't contact the vendor on my behalf. Ugh.

    Did yiou ask them to contact the vendor, or did you ask the actual question you need answered?

    Colm Jackson also sells at Renderosity and there is a direct contact option over there.
