How do I create my own 'thirds guide'? {Success}

The thirds guide is somewhat helpful when I am creating a front cover, but not so helpful when I am creating a full cover spread. I'd like to make my own guide designed for my specific needs. How do I go about doing this?

PhiMatrix is something I bought a while back and it's very nice since it will overlay over anything on your screen and is adjustable as well as having a thirds guide, golden ratio and others.
