Lost punch?

I thin the punch for one of my purchases today was misplaced.

I had 3/5 punches and bought the G3M for G2M item on the punchable list. I refreshed a few times over 10 minutes or so and didn't see the punch appear, so I bought the G3M I13 expression set from the punchable list and refreshed a few times over 5 minutes or so to see what happened. I eventually went to 4/5 punches, but not to 5/5. Both items are in my order history and downloaded.

I'm thinking of buying some more items on the sale and wanted the extra discount. Not sure what to do, if anything.

  • Submit a ticket to Customer Support.  (Under Help > Help Support in the top menu)

    They can look into your orders and see if there is an issue.  No one here on the forums would be able to help.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I posted here mostly to see if anyone else had this happen; I'd hate to think it was PEBCAK.

    I opened a ticket and they said I did seem to have 5/5, but the web site persisted in telling me I didn't and the sales system was giving me the 4/5 discount, so I opened a new browser session and logged in on that (which usually seems to break my old session, but didn't this time) and the 5th punch appeared. I guess the front end of the web system needed a little kick.
