Genesis 3 Male(s) ... Michael 7 ... amd then again another woman

I'm more than dissapointed, that DAZ released another female Base character, just after the long awaited release of Michael 7. I've expected one more male character for Genesis 3 this year. What has happened since the release of M7? A few new clothes for Genesis 2 Males, same for new characters ... more for Genesis 2 as for Genesis 3. That is in my eyes the baddest support a male character ever had.

    Yeah, I was hoping we would see more male characters before another female too. Now, the next character in line MUST be a male : )

    I know I don't have the experience that many here have but this new female looks like all the other "new" females......

    There were two or three G3M characters released at the same time as M7, if memory serves right.

    I don't think it matters whether a character is personally made by Daz, themselves. So long as we can use it and it does the job, it's just as valid.

    Let me guess, Teen Jayden 7? :) If pattern is playing out like last time, First is Victoria & Base Famale, then a couple more females before Teen Josie (though this time around its five instead of to two), then Michael & Base Male, then Olympia, next would be Teen Jayden, followed by Stephanie.

    Seriously though, fingers crossed for a unique looking ethnic male but something tells me that won't be the case.

    But the fact that another male is just around the corner is GREAT NEWS! : )

    I hope we have shown M7 enough love to give Daz the initiative to catch up with the lady figures : )

    I prefer base figures with ethnic characters included as part of the set.

     But I'm not into the teen thing so hopefully we have a new adult male coming out soon.

    Yeah lets hope. The biggest problem I have with teens here is that they do not look like real people, at all. I mean, most of the adult female models are unrealisticly beautiful but Josie 7 could easilly pass as a fairy(giselle).

    But don't you know? All teen females look like fairies before they grow into 6ft tall muscled giants when they become adults (actually I like Josie and she seems to work fine as a base to build more realistic teens off since there are several available.)

    My thought is that considering the Olympia theme and M7's more everyday sort of feeling, maybe it'll be a hero muscleface themed character. Or a teen is okay since you need something to pair with Josie (Hiro 6 what happened.)

    Just something that doesn't start an M7 clone war against the V7 clones.

    Just wait a year or so and Genesis4 will be out and genesis 3 will be long forgotten

    Yes, give us another guy! A muscled one of a tall and skinny one (of the kind we never got with G2M). And most of all, give us more clothes! I'm still keen on more scifi clothes, gothic clothes et cetera. G3M needs to expand his wardrobe so bad!

    He can be your sexy seductress, or your girl next door, or any of a wide range of can you tell I'm sick of reading this in every female description.

    Gianni seems like he'd fit the male hero theme nicely.

    Whatever new male figure will be released next week it was decided which one long ago, so no amount of pleading/begging will change what we see next week. If the figure is a companion to Olympia then I suspect we will see some sort of Greek hero, otherwise RCDeschene could well be right (ie Teen Jayden 7).

    I'm telling you it's Olympio, Greek God of Greek Greekery, modelled after famed gold medal winner of the 1956 Olympiad. He was Greek. And an Olympian.

    But yes, as Havos said it was decided long ago by the Daz Conspiracy Circle (who aren't Olympic gold medal winners.) Still excited to see who it'll be.

    Hello!

    I made the same basic comments earlier today on the Olympia forum. I bought her, but I was really hoping for another new male. Maybe even, gasp, other hair styles! I get that males tend to sell less than females, but even 25% at this point would be nice. 

    Personally, I would love them to just jump right in and give us Scott 7. I've enjoyed Scott immensely, so hope he wasn't a one generation flash in the pan!

    egads, another new figure release the week of Christmas???? Gah. Can't do that so soon after Olympia, will have to wait to get him. (Unless it's a dark skinned character, like the incredible Darius in which case I'd probably hock my first born)

    I wonder if the holiday sale will still be going when he's released, if the discount on Olympia stacks with the holiday sale discount it might be an awesome deal

    I thought that Giani was the next male base figure to come out after M6. And Jayden after him.

    PLEASE Bring in more men! I was so disappointed when the Man's Well dried so quickly after M7 launch. I was like; Is that it? But PLEASE, DAZ, I need more male themes, like SuperHero theme similiar to  Karen 7 and a Horror theme too. And for God sake release 3DWiard's Bodysuit for GM2!!! I need more MALE Superheros.

    I'm in the same boat as others, sick of teen themes. Bring in Jayden 7 and get it over with so we can have a teen boy in our gene pool and move on to the adults and manga style characters.

    Timing

    We get M7/G3M after 2+ months of sales when people are burnt out, and not even a week of male stuff. We get the second G3M Figure the week after Olympia 7 and days before Christmas - I can hear the chorus now of Male Stuff doesn't sell ... they have to ask WHY?

    I don't buy Females or Teens - so I hope for a Jayden/Teen that I can ignore because I can't afford much just now. To be honest I am not sold on Genesis 3, I still have allot of mileage in left in Genesis 2 - my characters are still Genesis because I haven't converted them to G2M yet even!
